It's now been 6 years since my mother, Martine, took over the business originally set up in 1987!

I was working as an accountant at the time, and decided to come and help him with the quotations, invoicing and customer relations.

My brother, Frédéric, has also joined the family adventure to take care of equipment delivery to our customers. In the end, the three of us are very versatile: we all have a hand in everything, and we all help each other out!

On a day-to-day basis, we're driven by the desire to satisfy our customers, both private individuals and professionals, and to be able to honor all their requests, which are often numerous! And that requires organization!

How did Lokki help you?

When my mother took over the store, the previous manager didn't have an organization as such, so I built several Excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders, which, incidentally, only I understood...

I wanted to find an easy-to-use tool that would enable us all to work together and free up time for our customers!

Thanks to Lokki, it's easy for everyone to keep track of inventory: stock counts are automatically based on reservations. When customers call in, we can see directly what we have left.

From the dashboard we have a complete overview of reservations week by week, and we can even search by customer or product, which is very practical when we're in a rush! Having an online diary has enabled us to communicate information more fluidly, which is great!

One of the advantages of Lokki is the statistics! In addition to facilitating accounting at the end of the month, we quickly realize the profitability of our equipment: what rents well and what stocks we won't be renewing the following year!
