Cycles Delort - Lokki generated 30% of my rental sales, even though we were starting from 0!

My name is Franck, I'm 52 and have 3 children. I'm passionate about sport and soft mobility. It's partly for these reasons that I reoriented my professional life towards cycling after a career in materials trading. I bought a store dedicated to this activity, Les Cycles Delort, located in Andernos-les-Bains, on the Arcachon basin.

Tell us your story!

The store has been in existence for 60 years, founded by Fernand Delort, teammate of the famous French racer Jacques Antil. We have a stock of 600 bicycles and are located in the heart of Andernos town center. We have three activities: bicycle sales, rentals and repairs. Offering these three activities gives us credibility and brings us new customers, as we are one of the stages on the Vélodyssée. The sales and rental business is doing very well. Repair has a great future. Today, there are 2 of us, with two seasonal workers during the summer season, and we're struggling to cope with all the repair requests we receive.

I launched the rental business with Lokki at the same time as I took over the store, because it's a key activity that complements sales.
