I am the owner and manager of Culture vélo Lyon center. Our store mainly sells, repairs and rents bicycles, mainly in the leisure bike section, but also sells and rents related accessories.

Renting is something new for us. The idea behind this activity was to let our customers test the bikes, but also to generate additional income over and above traditional bike sales.

Our main support was a paper document, which we had the customer sign. Admittedly, this was rather tedious for our teams, and neither practical nor ergonomic on a day-to-day basis.
